High Mark Old Fashioned
In a chilled Rocks Glass with 1 ball of pure Ice
1 oz. High Mark Bourbon
½ oz. fresh pressed mini orange or mini tangerine
1/8 oz. High Mark Amaretto
1 Cherry + a drizzle of cherry juice (We use Amarena Fabri- Wild Italian Cherries)
Blend all Ingredients well
Garnish: Cut a long strip of orange peel. Using a Crème Brulé torch, hold the end of the orange peel and toast it until it smokes and you can smell the orange oils. Instantly add the smoking orange peel to your drink. Enjoy one of the BEST Old Fashioneds that you will ever have!
